In case of reservations with credit card
· cancellation is free of charge until 10:00 o'clock on the day prior to arrival date
· in case of late cancellation or no show ( when the guest does not arrive at the hotel ) the hotel may charge the price of the first night on your credit card.

In case of reservations without credit card
· cancellation and no show are free of charge
· reservation is valid until 18:00 PM on the arrival date
· in case of not showing up until 18:00 PM the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation
